「あの人だからできる、自分には無理」を手放す考え方
そんなときに、
「あの人だからできるのだ！自分には無理だ！」
そんなふうに言い訳していたら、みっともないですね。
どんなお話しからも、学べることはあるものです。
とはいえ、実はわたしも先日そんな言い訳をしていました。
反面教師にして頂ければと思い、本記事を書きます。
■「あの人だからできる、自分には無理」を手放す考え方
ビジネスで成功しているＡさんが、自著でこんなことを述べています。

失敗したら俺が謝りにいくから、従業員には好きにやらせている（★）

このお話しを聞いて、あなたはどう思うでしょうか？
わたしはこんなふうに考えていました。
それができるのは、Ａさんが成功者だから。
Ａさんに謝られたら、100人中99人は許すよな～
お恥ずかしいお話しです。
わたしも従業員を雇用している事業者です。
従業員には基本、好きにやらせていますが、もし失敗したら・・・
謝りにいっても100人に１人しか許してくれないだろうな・・・
なんて卑下していました。
ただ、もし許してくれるとしたら、その１人には、全力で対応します。
失敗を許してくれる人が100人に１人でもいたら・・・
その人には、全力で対応します。
許してくれたことを後悔させないためです。
逆に、許してくれない99人は、追いません。
去る者追わずでないと、１人に全パワーを注げないからです。
そう考えると、わたしも結局、Ａさんと同じ考え方なのです。
Ａさんは100人に99人、わたしは100人に１人（笑）
ただそれは、程度問題です。考え方の方向性は同じです。
あとは100人に２人、３人・・・と増やせるように精進するだけです。
Ａさんのお話しは、最初は違和感がありました。
ただ、じっくり考えると、学べることはありました。
「あの人だからできる、自分には無理」
そう考えたら、なにも学べません。
どんな教えからも、学べることはあるんだなと気づく今日この頃です。

I can do that because Mr. A is a successful person.
If Mr. A apologized, I would forgive 99 out of 100 people.
It's an embarrassing story.
I am also a business that employs employees.
Basically, I let my employees do what they want, but if they fail...
Even if I apologize, only 1 out of 100 people will forgive me...
How condescending.
However, if you can forgive me, I will do my best to respond to that one person.
If only one person in 100 could forgive me for my mistakes...
I will do my best to deal with that person.
This is so that I won't regret having forgiven you.
On the other hand, 99 people who won't forgive me won't go after them.
Because if you don't chase those who leave, you can't pour all your power into one person.
When I think about it that way, I also have the same way of thinking as Mr. A.
Mr. A is 99 out of 100 people, and I am 1 out of 100 people (laughs).
It's just a question of degree. The direction of thinking is the same.
All that remains is to devote ourselves to increasing the number of people to 2, 3, and so on out of every 100 people.
Mr. A's story was uncomfortable at first.
However, when I thought about it carefully, there was something I could learn.
"That person can do it, I can't do it myself"
If you think so, you will learn nothing.
These days, I realize that there is something I can learn from any teaching.
