東雲特許事務所の代表弁理士の田村でございます。

このたび、このような弊所の特徴をそのままに、より多くのご依頼にお応えできるように、以下のような人材を募集いたします。

＜募集対象等＞
（１）パートナー弁理士　★今回は募集を行いません
（２）補助スタッフ　★今回はここがメインです

■（１）パートナー弁理士（共同経営者的な位置づけ）

★今回は募集を行いません。
参考までに、過去の募集内容を掲載します。

＜必要な資格・条件＞
・弁理士資格　：　要
（審査官経験による免除なしで弁理士試験に最終合格した方が好ましい。）
・審査官経験　：　要
（５年以上経験があり、複数の技術分野の審査を担当した方が好ましい。）
・特許出願実務経験　：　要
（５年以上経験がある方、審査官経験よりも前にも特許出願実務経験がある方が好ましい。）

＜その他＞
「特許を通じて、お客様に価値を提供する」という意識のある方。
そのために、出願書類の作成や、中間処理（審査官との対応）などについて、ご自身で全責任を持って担当できる方。
つまり、内外を問わず他者に仕事を投げないこと（必要最小限の範囲で補助スタッフ（下記）を活用することは可）。

■（２）補助スタッフ

弁理士のもとで、弁理士の実務を補助するスタッフ（上記の＜その他＞も参照のこと）。

業務例：資料収集、事務処理、図面作成、翻訳、打ち合わせ同席など。
・弁理士が作成すべき書類を、単独で作成させることはありません。
・７時間勤務で残業なし
・社会保険（健康保険・厚生年金）完備
・ノルマ的なものはありません。
・お客様との打ち合わせに単独で行かせることはありません。
・未経験者・主婦（主夫）・学生も可。在宅勤務も可。副業も可。

<Required qualifications and conditions>

・Patent Attorney Qualification: Required

(It is preferable to pass the final patent attorney examination without exemption due to examiner experience.)

・Examiner experience: required

(It is preferable to have more than 5 years of experience and have been in charge of examinations in multiple technical fields.)

・Patent application work experience: Required

(It is preferable to have more than 5 years of experience, and to have practical experience in patent application prior to having experience as an examiner.)

<Others>

Those who are conscious of "providing value to customers through patents".

For this reason, you should be able to take full responsibility for the preparation of application documents, intermediate processing (correspondence with the examiner), etc.

In other words, do not leave your work to others, whether inside or outside the company (use of auxiliary staff (see below) is permitted to the minimum extent necessary).

■ (2) Auxiliary staff

Staff working under a patent attorney to assist the patent attorney in his/her practice (see also above <Others>).

Business examples: data collection, paperwork, drawing creation, translation, attending meetings, etc.

・Patent attorneys are not required to prepare documents on their own.

・No overtime work for 7 hours

・Social insurance (health insurance, welfare pension)

・There is no quota.

・I will not let you go alone to a meeting with a customer.

・Inexperienced people, housewives (househusbands), and students are also welcome. Working from home is also possible. A side job is also possible.
