「コロナ禍で都心離れ？」という報道を見ました。
（コロナって、まだやってたんだ＾＾；）
さすがにそれはないですね！
コロナはもはや、怖い病気というより、人の目の問題ですね。
それなら、むしろ都心のほうが、コロナの影響はないはずです。
実際、オフィスの賃料を調べてみてわかります。
賃料は上がりこそすれ、下がることはありません。
コロナの影響があるとすれば、テレワークの促進でしょう。
テレワークで、オフィスを縮小するところもあるでしょう。
にもかかわらず、賃料は下がらない！
以上を考えると「コロナ禍で都心離れ」は、まったくないようです。
賃料が下がっていると期待していたのに、残念！（笑）
■（２）個人のブランドを作りたい！
オフィスを移転しても、仕事への影響を最小限にしたい！
そのためには、個人のブランドを作るといいですね！
いずれにしろ今の時代、個人のブランド力が重要です。
成功者と呼ばれる人は多数いますが、住所ってよくわかりませんね。
オフィスがどこにあるかもよくわからない成功者も多いですね。
あるいは、オフィスを持っていないのかも知れません。
こうした成功者は「自分」というブランドを持っているのですね。
私どももオフィスが移転したくらいで仕事に影響が出ないといいな。
