■オフィスが従業員の近くに移転する？
わたしは事業者です（弁理士として特許事務所を運営）。
オフィスの位置を決められて、職住近接を実現しやすい立場です。
実際いまは、家から徒歩５分に位置にオフィスがあります。
一方、従業員の方は、職住近接は必ずしも容易でないでしょう。
特に、持ち家の方の場合、簡単には引っ越せません。
私どものオフィスの従業員も、持ち家です。
みんなが職住近接になれば、仕事も効率的になるでしょう。
そこで考えました。
会社のほうが、従業員の近くに移転すればいいのかな？（笑）
①「職住近接」が合理的
②だけど従業員の「住」が移動できない
①、②を両立できる結論は、ただ一つ。
「住」が移動できないなら、「職」が近接すればいいですね。
つまり、
✔オフィスが従業員の住まいの近くに移転する
これで、職住近接が実現できます！
「捨てる弁理士」なら、容易に実現可能です（笑）
