地震きっかけにこの３連休に断捨離してみませんか？
大きな被害は聞こえてきません。なによりです。
ここ東京は震度４だったようですね。
自宅では、バランス悪く置いてあった小物が一つ落ちただけです。
ますます断捨離を進めようという決意になりました！＾＾；
そうです、いま断捨離を進めています。
人生が日々前向きになり、今まで以上に幸福感を感じています。
この３連休は、断捨離の絶好の機会です！

大型家具や、積み重なった食器など、危ないですね。
地震の際に危ないものは、無くても意外と困らないものです。
地震の危なさを、ものを捨てる基準の一つにするのもいいですね。

モノが少ないと、いざ避難！なんてときに困るかも？
そんなことはありません。
避難用品は「必要なもの」です。捨てる必要はありません。
むしろモノが少ないと、避難時に、大事なものがすぐに見つかります。
普段から探し物が多い方は、緊急時に探している場合じゃないですね。
この地震を機会に、家の中を見直してみるのもいいですね。
（３）絶好のタイミング！
季節の変わり目のいまは、断捨離の絶好のタイミングです。
断捨離で効果が大きいのは、衣類です。
この冬に使わなかった衣類は処分できますね。
この冬に着た衣服は来年用にしまい、使わなかった衣服は捨てる。
そんな感じでいいのではないでしょうか？
衣類以外にも応用できると思います（暖房器具など）。
そして３連休です。時間はたっぷりありますね。
一応、世の中的には、マンボウが終わる前の最後の３連休です。
