従業員が有休を取ってくれて社長が大喜び！あなたの会社は？
わたしの知り合いにそんな社長さんがいます。
その気持ちよくわかります。今日はそんなお話しです。

■従業員が有休を取ってくれてうれしい！
知り合いの社長さん（50代）はとても早起きです。
毎日５時に起きて、午前中に一日分以上の仕事を片付けます。
午後はゆっくりリフレッシュ・・・
とはせずに、午後もずっと仕事しています。
その理由は・・・

従業員が仕事しているので休みにくいのだとか＾＾；
そこで、従業員がたまに有休を取ると、大喜び！
温泉に行ったり、買い物したりして、リフレッシュしています。
仕事が趣味の人なので、オン・オフどちらでも大丈夫みたいですが。
■弊所も、従業員が有休を取ってくれてうれしい！
上記の社長さんの気持ちは、本当によくわかります。
ちょうどわたしも最近は、日の出前の早起きを始めました。
従業員が有休を取れば、午後に温泉行ける！カラオケ行ける！（笑）
（わたしも仕事が趣味なので、オン・オフどちらでも大丈夫ですが）
ちょうど、従業員の有休が余り気味でした。
今後はどんどん有休を取って、この状況を改善してほしいですね。
■ニュースになるのは世の中の例外的なこと
有休をまったく取れない会社もあります。
いわゆるブラック企業として、ニュースで報じられることもあります。
ただ、ニュースになる以上、そういう会社はごくごく少数でしょう。
例外的な存在だからこそ、ニュースになるのです。
あなたは「有休取りにくい」と感じていませんか？
ニュースから悪影響を受けて、被害妄想かも知れませんね。
もっと積極的に有休を取ってみませんか？
（特に３月は、有休が時効で無くなることもありますね。）
有休は従業員の正当な権利です。
気が引けるというのでしたら、その前後でしっかり仕事しましょう。
そして、有休を取って充電できたら、取り返すくらい仕事しましょう。
従業員と社長の関係も、ビジネス上のお付き合いです。
win-winでないと長く続きません。
どうしても無理なら、その社長との取引をやめましょう（転職）。
少なくとも従業員側には、いつでも取引をやめる自由があります。
