■①サウナ
サウナ好きの成功者は多いですね。
わたしの場合、銭湯で、サウナがあるところで十分です。
最寄りの銭湯は480円で、サウナが500円。
ドライヤーが20円だそうで、合計1000円ピッタリ！
■②カラオケ
カラオケやボーリングで汗を流すのもいいものです。
お昼ならだいたい、１～２時間で1000円弱くらいですね。
歌広場だと、ランチ付き２時間のランチパックが800円。
■③散歩しながらランチできるお店を探す
新しいお店の開拓もいいですね。
散歩は幸福の脳内物質のセロトニンが放出します。

アイデア豊富なあなたなら1000円でいくらでも楽しめるでしょう。
わたしの場合、むしろお金を使う楽しみ方は下手です。
①～③は家でも同じようなことができますね。
④はそのまま特許庁に行って仕事しちゃいそう（笑）
今回は、ブログを書くために必死に考えました！
仮に、１万円使って楽しんでくださいと言われたら、悩みます（笑）
いま不況だデフレだと言われます。
批判を恐れず言えば、
