頭の中のアイデアと現実の違い～それを生かして改良発明も！
今回はアイデアや特許に絡めたネタです。

■（１）頭の中のアイデアと現実の違い
「たい焼き体験」シリーズの第２弾でこんな内容を書きました。
たい焼きの具材は２種類で、６個作れる。
→２人で行ったので、３種類作りたい！
→そこで、２種類の具材を入れたハーフ＆ハーフたい焼き！（笑）
世の中に「ハーフ＆ハーフたい焼き」ってあったかな？
と新たな発明もできました！（笑）
ところが、実際に体験してみると、ハーフ＆ハーフは難しい＾＾；
✔たい焼きは時間との戦い！具を２種類入れている時間はない。
✔ちょっとでもはみ出したり、混ざったりしたら商品にならない。
頭の中のアイデアと、現実は違うことも多いですね。
こういうことがわかるのも、体験してみるいいところです。
アイデア豊富なあなた！
いろいろ体験して、さらにアイデア豊富になりましょう！
■（２）課題を発明の種にして改良発明も！
せっかく良い発明をしても、実際は難しい！
特許はあきらめましょう！などというつもりはありません（笑）
難しいということは、課題が見つかったということですね。
発明の種が見つかりました！改良発明のチャンス！
たい焼きに２種類の具を入れるには、問題があった。
そこで、・・・
あなたならどう解決しますか？
この改良発明で特許が取れれば、こうなります。
「２種類の具を入れたたい焼き」では特許を取れなかった
→それでも、間接的・実質的に、このたい焼きを独占できる。
特許にならないアイデアでも、特許が取れたような状態を目指せます！
このようにして、発明の幅・ビジネスの場が広がります。

✔ If it sticks out or mixes, it will not be a product.
The idea in my head is often different from the reality.
It is a good place to experience this kind of thing.
You with a lot of ideas!
Let's experience various things and get more ideas!
■ (2) Improvement inventions with problems as seeds of invention!
Even if you make a good invention, it is actually difficult!
Give up on patents! I don't mean to say that (laughs)
The difficulty is that you have found an issue.
The seed of the invention was found! Opportunity for improved inventions!
There was a problem with putting two kinds of ingredients in Taiyaki.
Therefore,···
How would you solve it?
If a patent can be obtained for this improved invention, it will be like this.
I couldn't get a patent for "Taiyaki with 2 kinds of ingredients"
→ Still, you can indirectly and practically monopolize this Taiyaki.
Even if you have an idea that is not patentable, you can aim for a state where you can get a patent!
In this way, the range of inventions and business opportunities will expand.
