ランチ忘年会は楽しい！そして早起きも？【夜は忘年会スルー】
恒例の「ランチ忘年会」を行いました。
昨年は、銀座の松屋さんでちょっと贅沢なランチ。
今年もちょっと贅沢に、少人数で楽しんできました。
ランチ忘年会は本当におススメです。

ちょっと贅沢な少人数の「ランチ忘年会」はいかがでしょうか？
昨年はアレが真っ盛りで、個室でした。
今年はそういう制限がないため、しゃぶしゃぶにしました。
ご予算は一人2000円弱（事務所持ち）。
ランチならこのご予算でも贅沢に楽しめます！
しゃぶしゃぶの器具はちょっと改良したい点も。
ロボットが運んでくれるのも面白い。
しゃぶしゃぶとともにアイデアの発掘も楽しみました！
■早起きするために逆算する
ランチ忘年会など、おかげさまで充実の日々を送っています。
充実した日々は「早起き」をするのにとても重要です。
つまり、こういうことです。

早起きをしたい人のゴールはもちろん「早起き」ですね。
ただ、いきなり気合や根性で早起きするのは難しいものです（笑）
早起きをするためには、夜早く寝ることが、すべてです。
夜早く寝ることができれば、早起きも簡単です。
ゴールが「早起き」から「早寝」に変わりました。
では、どうすれば、夜早く寝ることができるか・・・
それは、充実した日々を過ごすことです！
日々が充実していれば、
✔達成感を感じながら寝床につけます
✔翌朝を楽しみに寝床につけます
早起きする→早寝する→日々を充実させる。
このように逆算すると、早起きができるようになります。
そして早起きでさらに日々が充実するというポジティブループに！
早起きの唯一のデメリットは、夜にアクティブになれないことです。
夜の忘年会？もうバッテリー切れです（笑）

本記事は、早起きと忘年会を、無理矢理リンクさせました（笑）
「忘年会スルー」なんて言葉が流行る昨今。
