ご家族の料理をされる方は、メニューを考えるのが大変ですね。

わたしの仲間にも、いつも夕食のメニューに悩むＭさんがいます。
わたしも夕食のメニューのことで、Ｍさんとよくお話しします。

この季節は、鍋がいいですね。
具材を変えれば、同じメニューが続く感じはしないですね。

わたしは独り身なので、その分、健康には気をつかいます。
毎日これだけは食べようというものを決めています。

ある日の夕食はどうしても、魚と納豆ときのこを食べたかったです。
果たしてなにを作るか？？

Ｍさんから「だったら鍋はどう？」
それ以来、鍋にハマりました。

鍋は、基本的になにを入れてもおいしいですね。
ヤミナベなんて言い方もあるくらいです。

コロナに効く具材も入れましょう。
発酵食品や、しょうが・にんにくなどもおいしくて体にも良さそう。

■（３）おいしくアイデア出し！

そういえば、先日ご紹介した「玉ひで」の親子丼。
親子丼も、鍋料理から生まれたアイデアですね（関連記事は末尾）。

鍋料理でアイデアを出したら、特許が取れるかも知れません。
食べ物も、特許の対象である発明になります。

鍋料理自体だと、特許は難しいかも知れません。
ある鍋料理に特化した「鍋料理の器具」なら、特許が取れるかも！

その鍋料理を食べるには、その器具がないととても不便！
そんな器具を発明して、特許が取れたら・・・
実質的にその鍋料理を独占できることになる可能性もあります。

■鍋も「ファクターＸ」の一つ？

熱い風呂に入って、鍋をつつく！いいものですね。

日本のコロナでは「ファクターＸ」なんて言われましたね。

鍋もファクターＸの一つなのではないか？
そんなことを考えながら、鍋を楽しむ今日この頃です。
