すべての俳句に一意の番号を振ることはできるか？【特許事務所の採用試験】

今回の採用試験は「俳句」です（笑）
特許事務所の仕事は、文章を書きますが、基本的には理系です。
俳句を作ってもらって、その良し悪しで採点するわけではありません。
先日こんな記事を書きました。

まずはこれを出題してみます。

今回の問題は、
（Ｑ）すべての俳句に一意の番号を振ることはできるか？
「一意」とは、１：１に対応しているということです。
俳句は「17文字の文字列」として考えます。
つまり「17文字の文字列」に一意の番号を振れるか？となります。
これができれば、すべての俳句に一意の番号を振れます。
逆に、ある番号から、１つの俳句が特定されるということです。
さてどうすればいいか？
上記の「すべての俳句はいくつあるか？」もヒントになります。
そんな方法があったとして、特許は取れるでしょうか？
