■（１）ほかの人数でも同じようなことができるか？

３人のじゃんけんの本質は、
✔３人の手の出し方27通りを３人で９通りずつ分けるルール作り

２人勝つ出し方、１人勝つ出し方、あいこが９通りずつになっている！
これはたまたまです。問題の本質ではありません。

では、同じことが他の人数でもできるでしょうか？

理論上は、３の累乗の人数でもできそうですね。

ただ、例えば９人の場合、手の出し方が３の９乗＝19683通り。
これを９人で2187通りずつ分ける？
３人の場合のように「たまたま」分けられないと、難しそうですね。

■（２）２人でじゃんけんをして必ず一回で勝負が決まる方法

２人の場合は、手の出し方が９通りで、２人で分けられないですね。

そこでシンプルにしましょう。

出す手はグーかパーだけにし、同じ手か違う手かで、勝負を付ける。

これなら、必ず一回で勝負が決まります。

■（３）このじゃんけんの方法で特許が取れるか？

３人のじゃんけんの方法は、ネットには見当たりませんでした。
このアイデアに「新規性」はある（あった）のかも知れませんね！
「発案者」のわたしとしては、うれしい限りです（笑）

ただ、こうした決め事のようなものは「発明」とは言えません。
ですので、特許は取れません。

ただ、基本的にどんなアイデアでも、特許は目指せるものです。
アイデアを「物」の発明の一部に取り込めないか考えることです。

The essence of the three rock-paper-scissors is
✔ How to make a rule to divide 27 ways by 3 people into 9 ways by 3 people

There are 9 ways to win 2 people, 1 way to win, and Aiko!
This happens to be. It's not the essence of the problem.

So can other people do the same?

Theoretically, it seems that even the number of people in the power of 3 can do it.

However, for example, in the case of 9 people, there are 3 9th power = 19683 ways to put out the hand.
Divide this into 2187 ways for 9 people?
It seems difficult if you can't divide it "by chance" like in the case of three people.

As an "inventor", I'm happy (laughs).

However, such a rule cannot be called an "invention."
Therefore, it cannot be patented.

However, basically any idea can be patented.
Thinking about incorporating ideas into a part of the invention of "things".
