特許事務所の人材募集のお知らせ【リライト版】
このたび、以下のような人材を募集いたします。
より多くのご依頼にお応えできるようになれば幸いです。
審査官経験よりも前にも特許出願実務経験がある方が好ましい。
必要最小限の範囲で補助スタッフ(下記)を活用することは可。
(上記の<その他>も参照のこと)。
「弁理士は全員が経営者としての自覚と責任を持つ」
このため、いわゆる勤務弁理士・特許技術者の募集は行いません。
ただ、世の中が不況時には、また別です。
トップがすべての責任を取る、そういう覚悟で臨むべきでしょう。
現場でもそうですし、あるいはお客様のもとでもそうです。

■(1) Partner patent attorney (position like a co-owner)

<Required Qualifications and Conditions>
● Patent attorney qualification: Required
Preferably passed the patent attorney examination without exemption due to experience as an examiner.
● Examiner experience: Required
Preferably had more than 5 years of experience and was in charge of examinations in multiple technical fields.
● Patent application experience: Required
More than 5 years of experience
Preferably had practical experience in patent application before experience as an examiner.

Those who have the awareness of "providing value to customers through patents."
Those who can take full responsibility for processing themselves to achieve this.
In other words, do not dump work on others, whether internal or external.
It is possible to utilize support staff (see below) to the minimum extent necessary.
■(2) Support staff
Staff who assist patent attorneys in their work under their supervision.
(See also <Other> above).
Examples of duties: collecting materials, processing paperwork, creating drawings, translating, attending meetings, etc.
・Documents that should be prepared by patent attorneys will not be prepared independently.
・7-hour workday with no overtime
・Social insurance (health insurance and employee pension) provided
・No quotas.
・You will not be sent to meetings with clients alone.
・No experience required, housewives (househusbands), and students are welcome. Working from home is also possible. Side jobs are also possible.

■(3) Employed patent attorneys and patent engineers
Our firm's policy is that
"All patent attorneys have the awareness and responsibility of being managers."
For this reason, we do not recruit so-called employed patent attorneys or patent engineers.
■Finally (the teachings of a successful person)
No matter what kind of recession there is, there are always organizations that are growing.
In good times, it's fine to expand the organization by delegating authority.
However, when the world is in a recession, it's a different story.
The top should be prepared to take all responsibility.
The top needs to take direct action to always get information.
This is true both on the ground and at the customer's office.
These are the words of a successful person, and I agree.
I'm sure there are many managers and business owners who would agree with this.
Our firm supports managers who are highly conscious about their own business.
