スポーツの無断配信はアウトで将棋はセーフをどう考えるか？
✔①スポーツの映像を無断配信→違法
✔②将棋の対戦中に（対戦の映像は用いず）解説を配信→違法でない
①はアウトだとだれもがわかると思います。
②については、どう考えたらいいでしょうか？
議論のポイントはたくさんありますので、今後ブログを書いてみます。
今日はその第１弾として、ちょっとしたアイデアを書いてみます。
■情報だけを無断使用してもセーフ？
②は、①と違って、将棋の対戦シーンの映像は使っていません。
棋譜（駒の進め方）という情報を使用（無断で使用）しています。
これが違法でない理由は「情報」だからです。
棋譜の情報だけを使うなら自由だということになります。
この点は、納得される方も多いでしょう。
ただそれなら、①も違法でない形で配信できてしまうのでは？
そんなことを考えてみました。
あくまで頭の体操です。あなたも考えてみませんか？
あるスポーツが行われています（例：競馬とします）。
①リアルタイムの状態を文字で表現して情報にします
②その文字情報をネットで送信します
③受信された文字情報に基づいて、映像を作成します
①は例えば「スタートしました。〇番が１馬身出遅れました」など。
①、②の文字情報を多量に送受信することで、③の映像が作れます。
③の映像は、オリジナルのスポーツ映像そのものではありません。
将棋の判決で言えば、この①～③はセーフということになりませんか？
①～③で問題になるのは、当然ですが、処理速度です。
ただそれこそＡＩなどで、処理速度は極限まで速くできる？
■文化が技術の進歩で悪影響を受けてほしくない
今日は頭の体操でしたが、いかがでしたでしょうか？
（思い付きですので、ツッコミどころはあるかも知れません。）
わたしの将棋に対する思いとしては、
✔将棋という文化が、技術の進歩によって悪い影響を受けてほしくない
✔将棋（棋譜）が著作物か？の議論より、将棋をどう守るか？が重要
✔著作権法（または他の法）は時代に付いていかないといけない
今後もこの問題についてはブログを書いていきたいと思います。

Unlike ①, ② does not use footage of a shogi match scene.
Information called chess records (how the pieces move) is used (used without permission).
The reason this is not illegal is because it is "information".
If you only use the game record information, you are free to do so.
Many people would agree with this point.
However, if that's the case, wouldn't ① also be possible in a way that is not illegal?
I thought about that.
It's just a mental exercise. Would you like to think about it too?
A certain sport is being played (e.g. horse racing).
① Express real-time status in text and convert it into information
② Send the text information online
③Create a video based on the received text information
For example, ① is, ``We have started. 〇 is one horse behind.''
By sending and receiving a large amount of text information from ① and ②, you can create the video from ③.
Some viewers may find that watching the video in ③ is enough.
This is especially the case when viewing the original version is paid, but viewing the video in ③ is free.
The video in ③ is not the original sports video itself.
In terms of shogi decisions, wouldn't these ① to ③ be considered safe?
Of course, the problem with ① to ③ is processing speed.
However, with AI etc., can the processing speed be made as fast as possible?
