AIが人間越え？アレができたらということにしよう基準３つ
そんな話題をよく目にしますね。
そもそも「AI」の定義は？「人間を超える」の定義は？
そのあたりがグレーなので、なんとでも言えちゃいますね＾＾；
本記事はその答えの一つになるかも知れません！
■アレができたらAIは人間越えということにしよう
ある社長さんとお話しする機会があり、面白いことを言っていました。
「AIが確定申告をやってくれるなら、人間越えということにしよう！」
AIにざっくり領収書など情報を投げて、あとはお任せ・・・
たしかに、AIが確定申告の書類を作るのは難しいそうですね。
人間（税理士）に依頼すれば、確定申告の書類はできますね。
さらにその社長さんはこう続けます。
✔AIに人間のような「自律性」とか「創造性」とかを求めても無理
✔無理というより、方向が違うだろう。
✔そもそもそういうものを求めていない。単に人間の役に立てばいい
確定申告は、人間の役に立つことのわかりやすい例ですね。
AI推進派からはこんな反論もあるでしょう。
「たしかに確定申告はできないが、他のことなら・・・」
そんなこと言い出したら、キリがないですね。
例えば、計算能力なら、半世紀以上前に、電卓は人間を越えています。
確定申告ができるかは、AIの人間越えの一つの基準として面白い！
AIにざっくり領収書などを投げて、お任せにできる日は来るのか…
いま確定申告で大変な方なら特に共感してくれるでしょう。
■弁理士の仕事もAIができたら人間越え？
確定申告で、税理士さんの仕事を例に挙げました。
私たち弁理士の仕事も、AIができたら人間越えかな？？
例えば、上記のような社長さんとのコミュニケーションです。
いっしょに発明を育てるお話しです。
趣味のお話しなんかも楽しいものです。
AIの人間越えについての基準を３つ挙げてみました。
確定申告、コミュニケーション、趣味・・・果たしてどうか？
AIを否定するつもりは全くありません（問題なのは報じ方＾＾；）。
社長さんが言うように、人間の役に立ってくれればいいですね。

✔We don't want such things in the first place. It just needs to be useful to humans.
Filing tax returns is a good example of something that can be useful to humans.
AI advocates may counter this with the following statement:
"It's true that AI can't file tax returns, but it can do other things..."
Is AI great at other things?
If you start saying that, there's no end to it.
For example, in terms of calculation ability, calculators surpassed humans more than half a century ago.
Whether AI can file tax returns is an interesting criterion for whether AI can surpass humans!
Will there come a day when we can just throw receipts and leave it to AI to do its thing...
This will be especially sympathetic to those who are currently struggling with tax returns.
■Will AI be able to surpass humans in the work of patent attorneys?
In the case of tax returns, I used the work of tax accountants as an example.
I wonder if AI can surpass humans in our work as patent attorneys? ?
For example, the communication with the CEO mentioned above.
It's a story about developing inventions together.
It's also fun to talk about hobbies.
Will AI have hobbies?
This is also an interesting criterion for whether AI will surpass humans.
I have listed three criteria for whether AI will surpass humans.
Tax returns, communication, hobbies... what about really?
