新しいゲームやスポーツを考えたら特許で守れるか【モルック】
大人気の「リゾートしらかみ」に乗ってきました。
停車駅のイベントの一つが「バスケのゴールでシュート体験」！
バスケの街・能代駅のイベントです。
旅行はそれ自体新鮮ですし、新鮮な体験にも出会えますね。
バスケ体験をしたおかげで、雑誌の「モルック」に目がとまりました。
下のイラストのように、棒を倒して競います。
年齢問わず楽しめるスポーツですね。
YouTubeでなんでも調べられて良い時代ですね。
旅行のお話しで終わりでもなんなので、特許のお話しに絡めます。

結論としては、かなり難しいと思います（理由は別の記事で）。
そこで本記事では、より良い考え方をお伝えします。
その新しいゲームやスポーツで「必要な物」を考えます。
その物が無ければ、そのゲームやスポーツをするのが難しい・・・
そんな物を考えます。そしてその物で特許を目指します。
「結果的に」その新しいゲームやスポーツを守れることになります。
このような考え方は非常に重要です。
この考え方を発展させれば、
✔いま周知なゲームやスポーツでも、なにか物の発明を考えてみよう！
✔いまはまだマイナーなゲームやスポーツでも、なにか考えてみよう
→いずれそのゲームやスポーツがメジャーになることがあればすごい！
✔新しいゲームやスポーツを普及させたいとしたら
→そのゲームやスポーツで必要になる物を予め特許で守っておこう！
（そのゲームやスポーツが新規なら、物も特許になりやすい！）
本記事は旅で得た知見を生かしてみました。

Think about that item. Then aim to patent that item.
Ultimately, you will be able to protect the new game or sport.
This way of thinking is very important.
If you develop this way of thinking,
✔Think about inventing something for a well-known game or sport now!
✔Think about something for a game or sport that is still minor now
→It would be amazing if that game or sport becomes major in the future!
✔If you want to popularize a new game or sport
→Protect the items necessary for that game or sport with a patent in advance!
(If the game or sport is new, it's easier to patent the items too!)
