「および／または」ってなに？これって日本語？【リライト版】
特許が出願されているのですね。
以下、具体例で説明します。
■具体例（ロボット・牛丼・スカイプ）
手と足があるロボット、手があるロボット、足があるロボット
みそ汁だけでもいいし、卵だけでもいいし、両方でもいいですよ！
■「および／または」の代わりにどう書く？
こういう表現は、使わない方がよいのではないかと思います。
ではどうするか？
「ＡとＢの一方または両方」「ＡとＢの少なくとも一つ」
このような「普通の日本語」で表現ができるからです。
「みそ汁か卵、お好きないずれかまたは両方差し上げます！」
そう書いてあれば、だれにも内容は伝わるでしょう。
英語の特許の翻訳で「and/or」が直訳されたものの場合があります。
特許の審査で「および／または」の表現に対して、不明りょうである！
そういう審査結果で、特許が拒絶されたケースがあります。
このことは「および／または」に限りません。

The Skype example above may also be a translation (machine translation?).
In any case, how about translating "and/or" as "and/or"?
The expression "and/or" is unclear during patent examination!
There have been cases where patents have been rejected due to such examination results.
When writing patent documents, avoid using difficult expressions and use simple language.
This does not only apply to "and/or."
