特許が切れているか調べる方法【ジェネリック】【リライト版】
他者の特許や実用新案に抵触してはいけないですね。
特許情報プラットフォーム（J-PlatPat）がありますね。
これを使いどのような特許や実用新案が存在するか調査しました。
この特許や実用新案が、現在も存続しているかどうか？
この点は、特許情報プラットフォームで調べられますか？
ここで、権利の経過情報を見ることができます。
権利が消滅している場合「本権利消滅日」のように表示されます。

現在のJ-PlatPatではよりわかりやすい箇所に権利情報が表示されます。
特許の切れた後発薬として、安価に購入されるものです。
「ジェネリック○○」は商品が安価に取引されることの代名詞？
この良し悪し（経済効果）は、わたしには何とも言えません。

権利を尊重するとともに、権利が消滅した後は、有効に利用できます。
