大掃除を究極のソロ活として楽しもう！【ひとり麻雀】
本記事は、大掃除が楽しくなる考え方をお伝えします。
そういえば先日の記事で、麻雀牌を買ったことを書きました。
当ブログでは「ソロ活」「断捨離」がテーマの記事も書いています。
「４人で楽しむ物」を「買う」ことはこれらの真逆のように見えます。
本記事ではこの点も書いてみます。
■大掃除を究極のソロ活として楽しもう！
大掃除や断捨離は楽しくやりましょう！
✔自分の住まいを、大好きなもので囲まれた空間にするのです
こう考えると楽しくないですか？
「ソロ活」がブームですね。
ソロ活とは、自分一人でも、楽しみや幸せを創造できることです。
「断捨離」もブームですね。
断捨離は、単になんでも捨てればいいということではありません。
好きでないものを手放し、好きなものに囲まれるということです。
そう考えると、
✔大掃除は究極のソロ活！なのです
大掃除をしながら、好きでないものをどんどん断捨離しましょう。
逆に、好きなものを増やしてもいいのです。
断捨離は「手段」であって「目的」ではありません。
目的は楽しいや幸せを増やすことです！
わたしも先日、麻雀牌を買いました。
これも日ごろの断捨離で、住まいや心に余白がある効果です。
■「ひとり麻雀」のアイデア
当ブログのメインは「アイデア」「発明」「特許」です。
そこで、ソロ活と麻雀を絡めてこんなお話しでも。
✔麻雀牌で一人で楽しむ（ソロ活）にはどうすればいいでしょうか？
ぜひいろんなアイデアを考えてみてください。
このブログを書きながらの思い付きですが、例えば、
✔役満だけを目指す、最速何順で作れるか？
✔マンズだけで使って、最速何順であがれるか？
✔理牌しないで早く打つ練習
✔マンズだけ使い、理牌しないで、最速何順であがれるか？
✔盲牌の練習をする
✔上海（麻雀牌を使ったパズルゲーム）のように遊ぶ
✔新しい役を考えてみる
などなど、無限に遊べます。頭の体操としても最適！
麻雀に違和感があれば、トランプや将棋の駒などでもどうぞ。
新しい遊びのアイデアは、発明や特許の種になるかも知れませんね。
