「美味しいものは見た目もいい」は本当か？【ずぼら飯】
本記事の目的は、
✔ずぼら飯のススメ！

■ずぼら飯でおいしい秋
YouTubeで「ずぼら飯」の動画をよく見ます。
簡単に作れて、見た目はイマイチですが、味はサイコー！
例えば
✔麻婆豆腐の豆腐は、フライパンの中でお玉などで細かくするとラク！
ずぼらですね（笑）ただこのほうが味がしみ込んでおいしい？！
お店ではこういう麻婆豆腐は出てきませんね。
お店の場合、見た目が最優先で、味が二の次になることもありそう。
ただ、こんな言葉もありますね。
「美味しいものは見た目もいい」（★１）
なんとなく正しそうだけど、ちょっと違和感も・・・
そこで（★１）が本当か確認してみましょう。
■「美味しいものは見た目もいい」は本当か？
まず「美味しいものは見た目もいい」はどういう意味でしょうか？
✔美味しいもの→見た目がいい
✔美味しくないもの→見た目が悪い
こういうことでしょうか？
そうではありませんね。
こういう言葉の意味を理解するときに役立つのが「ベン図」です。
「美味しいものは見た目もいい」をベン図で表すとこうなります。
「美味しいものは見た目もいい」と同じことを言っているのは、
✔「見た目が悪いものは美味しくない」（★２）
「ＡならばＢ」のとき「ＢでないならＡでない」となります。
これは数学では「対偶」と言いますね。
そんな難しいことを覚えるより、ベン図を見るとよくわかります。
黄色い円の外側（見た目悪い）は必ず緑の円（おいしくない）の外側。
では（★２）は正しいか？
正しくないことは、ずぼら飯の例でも明らかです。
（★１）と（★２）は同じ意味で、（★２）は正しくない。
よって（★１）も正しくありません（必ずしも正しくない）。
もちろん見た目がよく美味しい料理（高級料理？）だってあります。
ただ、見た目がイマイチのずぼら飯だって、最高に美味しいのです！
■究極のずぼら飯「冷や飯」
ちなみにわたしは、暑い季節が終わって「冷や飯」が楽しみ！（笑）
炊飯器に数時間放置しておくだけで、おいしい冷や飯ができます。
これで熱いものや味の濃い目のものなど、ご飯が進みます！

✔冷や飯を出してくれる飲食店はない点もポイント！
✔冷や飯というと微妙かも知れませんが、おにぎりだって冷や飯！
✔冷や飯のほうが健康に良いという研究結果もある
✔温かいご飯がほしくなったらチンすればいいが、逆は無理
✔これからの季節のずぼら飯はお鍋！お鍋は冷や飯とも合う

I often watch "lazy meals" videos on YouTube.

First, what does "Things that taste good look good" mean?

✔Things that taste bad → Looks bad
Is that what it means?
No, it's not.
Venn diagrams are useful for understanding the meaning of these kinds of words.
This is how "Things that taste good look good" can be expressed in a Venn diagram.
The same thing as saying "Things that taste good look good" is
✔Things that look bad don't taste good (★2)
When "If A then B", it becomes "If not B then not A".
In mathematics, this is called a "contrapositive".
Rather than memorizing such difficult things, it's easier to understand by looking at a Venn diagram.
