幸せになる唯一の方法とは？【不労所得？不働所得？】
✔「幸せになるための唯一の方法とは？」という大きな話しと、
✔「どんな思考で働くと幸せになれるか？」という具体的な話しです。
「不労所得」についても触れてみたいと思います。
■幸せになる唯一の方法とは？
「幸せになる唯一の方法は他者への貢献」
『嫌われる勇気』で著名になったアドラーの言葉です。
とても納得感の高い言葉ですね。
生涯年収を稼いでも、働き続ける人がいるのもよくわかります。
えっ？生涯年収を稼いだら、仕事をやめたいですか？
その考え方は、次の２つの点で幸福度を下げることになります。
✔①〇〇が手に入ったら幸せと考える→今が幸せでなくなる
✔②実際に〇〇が手に入っても幸せになれるとは限らない
■①〇〇が手に入ったら幸せと考える→今が幸せでなくなる
幸せになにか条件を付けるのは、お勧めしません。
例えば、お金持ちになったら、結婚できたらなどですね。
その条件が満たされるまで脳が幸福感を感じにくくなるからです。
今すぐ幸せを感じましょう！
幸せを感じる方法は、情報化社会の今ならいくらでも情報があります。
良い時代ですね＾＾；ニュースやSNSなど見てる場合じゃないですね
一時期「FIRE」と呼ばれるライフスタイルが話題になりました。
FIREとは「Financial Independence, Retire Early」の頭文字。
「経済的自立と早期リタイア」ですね。
リタイアしたら、他者への貢献が難しくなり、幸福度が下がります。
■仕事で充実できれば「不労所得」で幸せな毎日！
「不労所得」は働かないで所得を得ること？
それなら「不働所得」のほうが言葉的にはいいのかな？
不労所得は「苦労しないで所得を得ること」と考えてはどうでしょう？
仕事をできるだけ苦労しないでできるようになれば「不労所得」！
これを目指しませんか？
苦労しないの反対は、ラクチンではありません（笑）
充実です！
✔仕事で充実できれば「不労所得」で幸せな日々です！
そのためには、仕事のスキルアップや、同僚との関係など重要ですね。
なんなら職業選びや職場選びから見直すのもいいかも知れませんね。
