お花見の幹事はしますけど参加はしません【お花見ランチ】
お花見にいいですね。わたしも幹事としてお花見を計画します＾＾
一方、お花見が憂鬱な方もいると思います。
本記事はそんな方にご参考になれば幸いです。
■お花見の幹事はしますけど参加はしません！
以前こんな記事を書きました。

お花見も同様ですので、ご参考になれば幸いです。
ポイントは、
✔お花見の幹事を命じられたら、業務命令として拒否するのは無理
✔お花見の場所取りなども、業務の一環となりうる
✔ただし参加の義務はない（業務扱いでない場合）
よって、上記記事のタイトルの前半のように、
「忘年会の幹事はしますけど参加はしません」
とも言えるのです。
幹事の仕事を業務時間外にするなら残業代発生となります。
ここまでは労働関連法（労働契約）の大原則ではありますが・・・
もっともおススメなのは、上記記事のタイトルの後半です。
■ランチでお花見はいかがでしょうか？
私たちは一昨年、事務所を渋谷に移転しました。
昨年のお花見は、ランチ時に目黒川まで歩いて行きました。

今年のお花見は、代々木公園に歩いて行ってみようかと計画中です。
お弁当など持参でもいいし、往復のどこかでランチでもいい！
費用は事務所持ちで贅沢しちゃおう！（笑）
こんな感じなら、お花見参加者も増えるかも知れませんね。
本来の目的であるコミュニケーションも図れて、仕事の効率もアップ！
■今後もお花見ネタを書いてみます

目黒川に続いて、代々木公園の写真もアップしたいと思います！

カラオケが苦手な方こそ、一番最初に歌うのがおススメです！

“I will be the organizer of the year-end party, but I will not participate.”
You can say that.
You may have to work overtime (this cannot be easily refused).
If the secretary's work is done outside of business hours, overtime pay will be incurred.
These are the basic principles of labor-related laws (labor contracts), but...
The most recommended thing is the second half of the title of the article above.
■How about enjoying cherry blossom viewing for lunch?
Two years ago, we moved our office to Shibuya.
For cherry blossom viewing last year, we walked to the Meguro River during lunch.

I'm planning to walk to Yoyogi Park for cherry blossom viewing this year.
You can bring your own lunch or have lunch somewhere on the way!
Splurge on your expenses by owning your own office! (lol)
If it's like this, the number of cherry blossom viewing participants may increase.
You can also communicate, which is the original purpose, and improve your work efficiency!
