「配慮を求めるな」というジャイアン状態【優しい世の中】
■「HSPは約20％」「配慮を求めるな」論争
知人にHSP（Highly Sensitive Person）診断された方がいます。
いわゆる「繊細さん」と言われる人たちですね。
HSPについてのニュースでこんなものを見かけました。
「世の中にHSPが約20％いる」（★１）
これに対するコメントで多いのが、
「配慮を求めるな」（★２）
このコメントは面白いなと思いました。
（★１）が本当にHSPの人に配慮を求めているかは、置いておきます。
（この点は記事の最後に補足として続きます。）
面白いのは（★２）のコメントで、次の点です。
✔「配慮を求めるな」は、相手に対して配慮を求めている！
いわゆるジャイアンの状態になっています。
これと同じようなことは世の中に多いので、気を付けたいですね。
気を付けるには、こんな考え方はいかがでしょうか？
①相手に配慮を求めるのも自由
②相手に配慮を求めるなと言うのも自由
③相手に配慮するのも自由
④相手に配慮しないのも自由
こう考えると、シンプルです。
ここでいう自由とは「違法でない」くらいの意味です。
ただ、違法でないものまであれこれ言い出すと、複雑になります。
（世の中の終わりのない論争は、このタイプのものが多いです。）
このシンプルさは『嫌われる勇気』の「課題の分離」で説明できます。
つまり、自分の問題にだけ向き合い、相手の問題には踏み込まない！
とはいえ、みんなが配慮をしなくなるということではありません。
そこには「見えざる手」があるのでしょうね。
実際、近年は「優しい世の中」になってきていると感じます。
（少し優しすぎかなと感じることすらあります。）
本記事の考え方いかがでしたでしょうか？

ちなみに冒頭の
✔「世の中にHSPが約20％いる」は配慮を求めているのか？
読み手によってはそう見えることもあるでしょう。
これと似た話題で「世の中にLGBTQが約９％もいる」があります。
トイレなどで論争になるものですね＾＾；
これについてもちょっとした気づきがあります。
LGBTQの人がそれなりに多いという主張ですね。それなら、
✔ジェンダーレストイレを増やすより、ずっといい解決法がある！

② You are free to tell others not to ask for consideration.

If you think about it this way, it's simple.
Freedom here means something like ``not illegal.''
However, it gets complicated when you start talking about things that are not illegal.
(Many of the world's endless debates are of this type.)
This simplicity can be explained by the ``separation of tasks'' in ``The Courage to Be Disliked.''
In other words, only deal with your own problems and don't delve into other people's problems!
However, this does not mean that everyone will not be considerate.
There must be an "invisible hand" there.
In fact, I feel that the world has become a kinder place in recent years.
