「天国言葉」（斎藤ひとりさん）に追加したい一言とは？
幸せに関する本で、多くの本に共通して書かれていることがあります。
それは「尊重する」と「許す」です。
先日来、当ブログで「人の目を気にしない」を書いています。
人の目を気にしないというと、少し冷淡に聞こえるかも知れません。
ただ、人の目を気にしないことは、尊重する・許すとも関連します。
つまり、人の目を気にしないことで幸せにつながる面も多いものです。
■①尊重する
尊重するというと、他人のポジティブな行動が多いと思います。
他人の良い行動の中で、学べることがあれば学べるといいですね。
■②許す
許すというと、他人のネガティブな行動も多いと思います。
他人の行動を批判的に見るのではなく、許す余裕を持ちたいですね。
他人の行動を尊重し、許したいものですね。
他人の目、他人の行動、他人からの評価が気にならなくなります。
心が穏やかになれます。
ちなみにこの真逆が、他人になにかを強要することですね。
最近では「〇〇警察」とも言われ、煙たがられていますね。
ただ、〇〇警察に強要をやめさせるのは難しいものです。
他者は変えられませんし、やめろもある意味強要です（警察警察？）
そこで、〇〇警察は気にしないのが一番ですね。
（違法な行為は法的に対応もできます）
自分のためにも、他人の行動を尊重し、他人の行動を許しましょう。

当ブログでは斎藤ひとりさんの「天国言葉」に関する記事が人気です。

わたしは天国言葉を職場など身の回りに飾って、日々唱えています。
天国言葉には「許す」がすでに含まれています。
そこでわたし個人的には「尊重する」を追加することにしました（笑）
