大学入試の「女子枠」は逆差別？から学ぶビジネスセンス
ネットでそんなタイトルの記事を見ました。
ややデリケートな内容だけに、その記事もぼやかした内容でした。
当ブログは個人ブログですし、もう少し踏み込んで書いてみます。

■（１）わたしは女子枠がある大学は受けません
Ａ大学とＢ大学、ほぼ同じ環境で、Ａ大学には女子枠がある。
こんな状況でしたら、わたしはＡ大学は受けません。
わたしが男性でも女性でも同じです。
■（２）チャンスの平等へのあこがれ
わたしは貧しい家庭に育ちました。
このため「チャンスの平等」にあこがれますし、こだわります。
これが上記（１）の女子枠がある大学を受けない理由です。
わたしが男性でも女性でも結論は同じです。
同じ違和感は、ロースクールが創設されたときにも感じました。
その後、司法制度はうまくいっているのでしょうか？？
■（３）来る者拒まず去る者追わず（ビジネスセンス）
ここまでは個人的な意見です。
ここからが本題です。ビジネスセンスのお話しです。
女子枠がある大学には、それを承知の者が受けることになります。
男性でも女性でもです。
つまり、大学側は、来る者拒まず去る者追わずということですね。
これが長期的に続けば、男女比は収束していくのでしょうね。
それが果たして、現状より女性の比率が高まるかはわかりません。
もしかすると「男子枠」を設けた方が女性の比率が上がる？
そんな可能性すらあります。
長い目で見守りたいと思います。
ビジネスの多くは「来る者拒まず去る者追わず」で解決します。
（日常でもこの考え方を取り入れるとうまくいくことがあります）
最近、ラーメン屋でスマホいじりの客をどうするか？が話題ですね。
これもラーメン屋がルールを作ればいいだけの話しですね。
お店がきちんとルールを明示する。納得した者がそのお店を利用する。
これで無用なトラブルを避けられますね。
下手にお店が「去る者」に執着すると、トラブルが増えがちですね。
（ちなみにわたしは、ルールがわからないラーメン屋は利用しません）
こうした一種のビジネスセンスは、冷たい感じがするかも知れません。
ただ、トラブルになるよりよっぽどいいでしょう。
本記事では、入試の議論から、ビジネスセンスまで考えてみました。
