義理チョコはもうやめる？はマスク議論と同じ【チョコハラ】
渋谷のヒカリエでも特設会場が設置されていました。
義理チョコはやめたという会社も多いことでしょう。
それでも、バレンタインの市場は拡大を続けているとか！
義理でないチョコの市場が拡大したのなら、ほほえましいですね＾＾
■義理チョコはもうやめる？
ニュースでは義理チョコをどうするか？が盛り上がっていますね。
マスコミの好きそうな「正解のないお題」ですね＾＾；
マスクをどうするか？と構造が似ているなと感じました。

お互い自由を尊重すればいいですね。

「義理チョコ代を払う人・払わない人を、批判しない」
のほうが良さそうですね。
ただそれは、他人の「批判する自由」を尊重していません。
これだと、義理チョコやめる？の議論はいつまでも終わらないのです。
一つの意見としてご参考まで。
■「〇〇ハラ」は法律で対応できない問題を解決するのか？
世の中のほとんどのことは、法律で対応できるものです。
義理チョコ代を払わないと、肩身が狭くなりそう…
肩身が狭くなるような会社なら、辞めるという選択もあります。
お勤めの方は、会社と雇用契約を結んでいます。
雇用契約は解約できるものです（民法・労働法）。
義理チョコ代は払いたくないけど、会社は辞めたくない。
こういうどっちも地獄！みたいな状態にしないことです。
ただ日本の場合、会社を辞めることは難しい方も多いですね。
こういう事情で、近年登場したのが「〇〇ハラ」ですね。
法律で解決しにくいものを「〇〇ハラ」で救おうというものです。
義理チョコ問題が、法律で解決しにくい難しい問題だとしたら…
義理チョコも「ハラスメント」になってしまうのでしょうか？
