天国言葉のそれぞれを積極的に見つけてみよう【幸福追求シリーズ】

■ツイてることや幸せなことを積極的に見つけてみる
上記シリーズで以下の２記事を書きました。

２記事は「ツイてる」と「幸せ」の違いだけで、ほとんど同じです。
ポイントは、
✔①何かが起こってから幸せか？不幸せか？では運任せになってしまう
そこで、
✔②不幸せなことが起こっても、幸せに変換する（リフレーミング）
✔③日ごろから積極的に幸せなことを見つけてみる（アンテナを張る）
■天国言葉のそれぞれを積極的に見つけてみよう
上記の「ツイてる」と「幸せ」は斎藤一人さんの「天国言葉」です。
斎藤一人（ひとり）さんの天国言葉：
愛してます、ツイてる、うれしい、楽しい、感謝してます、幸せ、ありがとう、許します
上記の①～③は「天国言葉」のそれぞれで同じように考えられます。
つまり、日ごろから積極的に、
✔愛することを見つけてみましょう！
✔ツイてることを見つけてみましょう！
✔うれしいことを見つけてみましょう！
✔楽しいことを見つけてみましょう！
✔感謝することを見つけてみましょう！
✔幸せなことを見つけてみましょう！
✔ありがとうを見つけてみましょう！
✔許すことを見つけてみましょう
日常には思いのほか、上記のようなことがあるものです。
不幸なことなんて考えているヒマはありません（笑）
寝る前に、今日のことを、天国言葉とともに振り返るのもいいですね！
