来年の目標はYouTubeでかなえよう！

■（１）なんでも学べる良い時代！
当ブログでは、YouTubeで学ぶことをおススメしています。
一昔前は、なにかを学ぶのは大変でした。
✔そもそも教材がない時代もあった（人から教わるしかない）
✔書籍の教材があっても、動きなどはわかりにくい
✔動きがわかる動画の教材があっても、高額だった
近年は、YouTubeを使えば、無料でなんでも学べます。
良い時代ですね！情報の波に溺れている場合ではありません！
■（２）こんなものも学べます！
YouTubeでは、本当にいろんなことが学べます。
例えばわたしの場合で例を挙げます。
早起きと断捨離は、YouTubeのおかげで習慣化できました。
今後は、ボイトレ、カラオケ、絶対音感、筋トレなどにチャレンジ！
さっそく、効果的なスクワットの動画を見つけました！（笑）
ボイトレなんかは、あの有名な歌手がレクチャーしてくれる？！
そんな驚きの動画もあったりします！
■（３）趣味や楽しみを増やそう！
趣味や楽しみがほとんどない人生も悪くありません。
わたしも仕事一筋でした。
ただ、趣味や楽しみがある人生もいいものです。
趣味や楽しみの時間を増やしても、時間が減った気がしません。
時間の使い方がうまくなったように思います。
人生の密度が上がったようです。
ちなみに仕事の量や速さや収入も、不思議とアップしました！
行動しない言い訳になるのは「お金」と「時間」ですね。
本記事で、お金も時間も不要なことがご理解頂けましたでしょうか。
YouTubeは無料です。とりあえずやってみるのもいいものですね。
