わたしのビジネス仲間が、飛騨高山を旅行しました。
旅館の夕食で「あらいポン酢」が出ました。
お肉（飛騨牛！）をポン酢で洗ってから焼きます。
油が落ちずジューシーに焼けるそうですね。
おいしそう！油は落ちなくても、ほっぺたやよだれが落ちそう（笑）
■「あらいポン酢」で特許や商標は取れるか？
（１）特許
食べ方のようなものは「産業上利用できる発明」には該当しません。
特許の対象にはなりません。
あらいポン酢専用のポン酢や調理機器などなら、特許の対象です！
（２）商標
商標なら取れるかも知れませんね。
ただ近年は、ネットで広く使われている表現は、厳しい傾向です。
