有休を取りやすくなる考え方（逆転の発想で有休ゲット！）
会社の求人と、従業員の有休、これには大きな関係があります。
本記事では、有休に関する考え方を３つご紹介します。

■①あなたが有休を取っても、会社はつぶれない
これはよく言われますね。説明するまでもないと思います。
■②有休を取れないのではなく、有休を取りたくない？
「うちの会社は有休を取れなくて」
そうお嘆きの方は多いですね。
ただ、本当に有休を「取れない」のでしょうか？
本当は、有休を「取りたくない」のではないでしょうか？
有休を取ると周りの目が気になる。それで、会社のせいにする。
そういうことはよくあります。いわゆる目的論と原因論の逆転ですね。
もしあなたが、①を聞いても有休を取れないなら、本心はどうなのか？
②のように考えたほうが、少なくともストレスは減るでしょう。
イヤイヤ、①はわかるし、②ではない。心から有休は取りたいよ！
もしあなたがそうお思いなら、さっそく有休取りましょう。
それが、あなたのためだけでなく、会社や同僚のためにもなります。
というのは・・・
■③人がいないから有休を取れないのではなく、有休を取らないから人を採用しない
この③が本記事でお伝えしたかったことです。
②の有休を取らない理由の一つにこんなのがありますね。
「人がいないから、有休を取れない」
しかし、経営者サイドは、こう思っているかも知れません。
「みんながあまり有休を取らないから、人を採用しない」
この点も、まさに逆転の発想ですね。
みんなが有休を取ったら、会社はどうするでしょうか？
人手が足りない！人を採用しないと！となりますね。
この③はこれ以上深掘りはしません。
こういう考え方もあるということを覚えておくといいでしょう。
